International Banking Account Representative (Temp to Hire)

Location : Central Pacific Plaza, 220 South King St., 15th Floor

Employment Type : Full-Time (40 hours / week)

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $21.93 per hour

Primary Accountabilities :

• Perform operational tasks including account openings, handling various consumer / business deposit and loan products, managing applications for unsecured and secured loans / lines of credit, renewing CDs, issuing cashiers' checks, and preparing wire / loan transaction forms.
• Interact and discuss products with customers in support of Mass Market sales; provide support to the International Banking Officer.
• Provide customer service via phone / email, following Call Center standards, and handle periodic services for Japanese customers.
• Assist Client Property Payment Service (CPPS) with bill payments and service contract initiation.
• Manage / assist in administrative duties for the team.
• Grow Mass Market portfolio through safe, profitable opportunities with existing and new clients; work to transition customers into HVC-compatible business.
• Ensure daily operational efficiency and compliance with regulations / CPB policies; independently resolve client issues and interact with third party vendors.
• Support team goals, portfolio management, and accountabilities; serve as backup for operational tasks within the Mass Market Team.
