A company is looking for a Director of Paid Social to lead innovative media strategies and drive customer acquisition across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and manage the paid social strategy across various platforms to optimize and grow the program
Leverage data to inform investment decisions and drive actionable insights across audiences and creative strategies
Lead and mentor a team of paid social managers while fostering a culture of performance excellence and collaboration
Required Qualifications :
8 - 10+ years of experience in paid social media management, preferably in eCommerce
5 years of experience in hiring and leading teams with a focus on mentoring high-performing individuals
Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and experience with at least one emerging platform
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools
Proven ability to manage large budgets and meet CPA targets in a fast-paced environment
