ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling to clients as scheduled in individual and family therapy settings.Conduct thorough mental health assessments and supportive psychotherapy.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans addressing mental health issues aligned with clients' goals and objectives.Provide crisis management, including crisis intervention and trauma-informed care when necessary, to ensure client safety and stabilization.Complete clinical assessments and documentation as necessary, including but not limited to treatment plan updates, assessments, psychotherapy progress notes, etc.Responsible for scheduling individual appointments as directed by management.Maintain good standing with the appropriate board and insurance entities.Complete all recommended continuing education requirements.Adhere to organizational policies, confidentiality laws, professional codes of ethics, and relevant regulations.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.Demonstrate understanding of ethical standards, clients rights and responsibilities and professional boundaries.Attend and participate in all staff and other departmental meetings as needed.Secure client information per HIPAA standards.QualificationsActive Oregon LPC-Associate license in good standing with the OBLPCT.Masters degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.Minimum of 1 year of clinical or behavioral health experience (internship experience may qualify).Strong skills in individual and family psychotherapy and counseling methodologies.Demonstrate professional and effective communication skills with clients, their loved ones and other professionals.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in mental health practice.Benefits : Mindful Oregon Clinic offers the following benefits to Associate Providers : Full-Time Providers : Supportive and therapist-friendly environmentFlexible ScheduleHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan401(k) Employer MatchSick LeavePaid Time OffCompensation : Guaranteed $70 per insurance billable clinical hourGross Payment : $82,000 to $115,000Full clinical supervision and licensure sponsorship provided.
