Senior Proposal Analyst / Price - Level 3

As a member of the ADP Estimating and Pricing organization, this individual will play a key role in analyzing and developing proposals to support program growth and success, with primary responsibilities including :

• Analyzing proposal requirements, managing milestones and deadlines, negotiating contractual positions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and government customers, and ensuring compliance with estimating policy, federal regulations and maintaining a compliant estimating systems.
• Developing, analyzing, reviewing, and obtaining approval of labor estimates, including identifying comparative historical data, and developing Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs).
• Leading high-impact proposal efforts and business cases, developing and executing bid and negotiation strategies, and collaborating with Program leadership.
• Conducting fact-finding, audits, and negotiations with external customers.
• Presenting estimate / proposal data to management for approval.
• Performing special assignments as needed.
• Occasional overtime (including weekends) may be required to meet deadlines and ensure the success of proposal efforts.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level : Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.

The annual base salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location.
