Technical Procurement Advisor – Telecommunications

Hybrid Schedule - 2days in office, 3 days remote

Location – Rosemead, CA

Pay Rate - $80 / hr - $82 / hr

We're looking for an experienced Technical Procurement Advisor to support sourcing and contracting activities for advanced telecommunications systems. This role involves negotiating, managing, and optimizing supplier relationships for private wireless and cellular networks and related technical infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Lead procurement of telecommunications equipment, systems, and support services.
  • Negotiate contracts and long-term supplier agreements to ensure cost-effective, compliant solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to align procurement with technical requirements.
  • Develop category strategies and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate procurement policies and risk management standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management within telecom or technology.
  • Experience with :
  • Wireless / cellular networks , especially internal operational communication systems (non-public carriers).
  • Private telecommunications networks built and maintained by companies rather than leased from providers.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
