THE WORK

Our Multi-Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) team is currently seeking a Integrated Program Planner to Join the team. The MMSC is a lethal and highly maneuverable multi-mission surface combatant capable of littoral and open ocean operation. It was designed from the keel up to confront modern maritime and economic security threats. The MMSC takes the proven capabilities of the U.S. Littoral Combat Ship and the inherent flexibility of the Freedom-variant hull to meet the unique maritime requirements of international navies. The Multi-Mission Surface Combatant has a range of 5,000 nautical miles and can reach speeds in excess of 30 knots. It will be based on the Freedom-variant Littoral Combat Ship’s 118 meter hull and it will utilize the same combined diesel and gas propulsion system.

The candidate for this role will Assist Program Planning leads in establishing and executing business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives. Utilizing applicable project management tools, implement network logic and measurement methods to perform critical path and risk analyses. Participate and assist in program and functional meetings that support on-going business performance requirements. Communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable stakeholders. Implement, maintain, and manage planning products in support of planning processes. Support independent network analyses resulting in reports and metrics. Assist with data and process quality assessments of planning products and preparation for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management, as required.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education.
• Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Ability to Work Remotely : Full-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office / job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $73,400 - $127,075. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees : accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
