Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday (Potential for full-time), first / second / third Shift, 8 : 00-5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : Up To $15 / hr

Location : Dayton Ohio 45404

Experience : Entry level, 1-2 years, 5+ Years

Accounting Clerk Job Responsibilities and Requirements to include :

Process Accounts Payable

Initiate check run process

Match invoices to purchase orders

Work in a team environment

Provide financial, administrative and clerical services

Process and monitor payments

Prepare and monitor the AR system

Perform reconciliations and provide resolution on accounts with disputed balances

Set up new accounts

Computer Skills, including the ability to operate computerized accounting programs, MS Office Products, & Email
