Knowledge of WCAG accessibility testing tools and methodologies. Translate design concepts into responsive, accessible, and performant front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Web development technologies, such as ASP.NET MVC, Razor, and / or Blazor. GitHub. Must have all 3 of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Create exceptional user experiences through professional, visually compelling interface designs. Create sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to support early product concepts and ideation. Design intuitive interfaces for Microsoft platform tools while maintaining brand and usability standards. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components for consistency. Work with BI developers in designing effective and visually appealing dashboards and reports. Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Conduct user research and usability testing; iterate designs based on feedback and data insights. Define and enforce usability and interface standards to ensure a cohesive user experience. Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions. Advocate for user needs throughout discovery, design, and development phases. Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews. Perform other duties as assigned.

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a UX / UI Designer - Senior for our premier client in Phoenix, Arizona .
Education and Experience »
- Bachelor’s degree in human-computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in UI / UX design for web or digital products.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, responsive interfaces, and accessibility best practices.
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to design iterations.
- Knowledge of WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards and related testing tools.
- Familiarity with design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
