Property Manager

Are you a driven, hands-on leader who thrives in managing residential communities? We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee a 252-unit property in Hollywood, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high tenant satisfaction, and leading property staff to deliver an exceptional living experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.

Conduct regular inspections and coordinate property maintenance to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Handle tenant concerns and complaints with professionalism and care, maintaining positive resident relationships.

Manage quarterly meetings, property documentation, and compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with staff to implement efficient processes and support team performance.

Active CAM license (required)

Minimum 2 years of property management experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues proactively

Background check and drug screening required
