As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting tenants and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service while communicating clearly and professionally. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify any potential issues. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Observe and report any unusual activities, property damage, or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter inappropriate behavior and promote a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff to provide assistance and information as needed. Support Allied Universal operations by completing required documentation, reports, and logs related to incidents, patrols, and site activities. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
