Job Description

Oversee and manage construction projects exceeding $30M, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and schedules to track progress. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Manage project budgets and control costs effectively. Lead project teams and facilitate communication between all parties involved. Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly. Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have : experience managing construction projects valued at $30M or more. Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. A proven ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
