GCyber is seeking an IT Delivery Manager to support a high-profile DISA customer.
The primary objective of this position is technical delivery for SharePoint and CRM platform services.
You will report directly to the Program Manager overseeing Tier 2 / 3 / 4 support, system engineering, and modernization efforts for a portfolio of Microsoft cloud and on-prem applications. As the IT Delivery Manager for Microsoft Platform Services, you will :
- Lead technical teams in maintaining and supporting on-prem and cloud SharePoint / CRM environments.
- Oversee migration planning, execution, and decommissioning of legacy systems.
- Manage technical plans for IT engineering and enterprise architecture projects.
- Ensure delivery of quality tools and technologies in line with Government objectives.
- Provide escalation support for complex issues, including third-party integrations (Power Platform, Business Applications).
- Ensure compliance with certification and accreditation requirements.
