Position Overview

The FP&A Analyst plays a critical role in supporting financial planning, variance analysis, and business decision-making processes. This role is responsible for developing forecasts and budgets, performing root cause analysis for variance drivers, and providing insightful financial reporting to support the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multiple departments, including Sales, Accounting, and Marketing, to ensure accurate analysis and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analysis schedules of actual vs. budget variances
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts
• Provide financial analysis to support various departments and business leaders
• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc.) in alignment with company goals
• Proactively recommend and implement process improvements
• Identify trends and make recommendations based on sound analysis
• Track and determine financial status by analyzing results in comparison with forecasts
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
• Perform other duties as assigned
