Will require unloading disabled equipment from customer trailer utilizing company provided forklift with necessary lifting equipment, such as strap or chains Park dropped off for service units in correct area of lot with corresponding tag for identification. Open work orders for each piece of equipment checked in. Make calls to customers informing about status of job, any delays, and / or ready for pick-up and facilitate payment when required. Assist customers when arrive to pick up repaired equipment insure payment is collected when required. May be need to assist sales department with loading or unloading of new / used equipment Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have basic equipment knowledge Make follow up phone calls to customers regarding customer satisfaction after repairs. Assist Service Mgr. with any other needs appropriate in service department.
