Now Hiring Accounting Specialist

Come work at one of Springville’s fastest-growing medical manufacturing!  This position will play a critical part in maintaining accurate and timely financial records by managing full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes.

Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

Pay rate :   $50,000 - $75,000 depending on skill level and experience

Key Responsibilities for Accounting Specialist :

Manage AP / AR inboxes to ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.

Process invoices with proper approvals, coding, and documentation.

Perform 3-way PO matching and reconcile vendor statements.

Maintain W9 records and assist with annual 1099 filings.

Record and apply customer payments; monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts.

Prepare weekly payroll runs and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.

Qualifications for Accounting Specialist :

Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2+ years of accounts payable and receivable experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Solid understanding of general ledger impact for AP / AR transactions

Excellent communication skills
