We are looking for a Transaction Advisory Senior to join our Advisory Department. As a Senior you will be responsible for :

Responsibilities :

• Lead due diligence procedures for securitization transactions, focusing on assessing loan portfolios.
• Analyze financial data, legal documents, and other relevant materials to evaluate risk and compliance.
• Coordinate with engagement team and stakeholders to prepare tailored due diligence reports.
• Present findings and make recommendations to client management.
