Summary : This position will ensure the overall vision and strategies of the system are exemplified in the enhancement of value in the physical, financial, operational and environmental attributes of the facilities for an assigned region.

Job Duties

Landlord Leasing :

• Develop strategies to meet operational goals of the real estate department, assigned hospitals and system.
• Market vacant space
• Negotiate leases / renewals
• Lease administration
• Maintain accurate rent roll

Tenant Representation :

New Building Development :

Branding Development :

Facility Management :

Construction / Project Management :

Hospital Liaison :

Financial Performance :

System Projects :

Education : Bachelor's Degree required. A degree in Business Administration preferred.

Experience : 5 years property management required.

Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and good judgment. Communication skills, both written and verbal.

Travel Requirements : This position oversees the North region of our portfolio which includes but is not limited to Plano, Allen, Denton, HEB, Alliance, Prosper, and Frisco.
