A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician who will provide end-user support and ensure compliance with corporate IT standards. Key Responsibilities Promptly triage, troubleshoot, and resolve user requests and alerts from IT infrastructure systems Document ticket activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions while building relationships with the user community Configure and support various devices and participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours support Required Qualifications University / College diploma or equivalent in Information Technology or a related discipline 1-3 years of experience supporting end users, preferably in a Google Workspace environment Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows, Apple, Android, and iOS devices Familiarity with ticketing systems and cloud-based communication tools Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting and cloud infrastructure environments
