Outreach Agent

A company is looking for an Outreach Agent - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to assigned medical providers to obtain required medical charts

Utilize call scripts to encourage providers to send in charts and respond to their inquiries

Log call transactions and meet minimum call volume and quality requirements

Required Qualifications

1 year of Call Center experience, preferably in outbound or sales calls

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows applications

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Good judgment, patience, and diplomacy

Compliance with HIPAA guidelines and accurate record-keeping
