Guild is hiring an experienced Staff Product Manager for Customer Solutions & Delivery to lead the development of our customization layer strategy and drive key initiatives that enhance our customers' experience with us. This is a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth while working with a team committed to Guild's mission.

As Staff Product Manager - Customer Solutions & Delivery, you will :

• Set Vision & Strategy : Define and drive the strategic vision for a customization layer that will enable Guild to deliver "last mile capabilities" for our customer base.
• Influence & Drive Change : Communicate with clarity and impact to influence stakeholders across all levels. Build cross-functional relationships, navigate complex organizational dynamics, and use storytelling to drive buy-in and champion organizational change.
• Lead Product Strategy : Develop and manage the product roadmap, through partnership with Guild's GTM teams as well as directly with our Customers. Align product vision with business goals, lead cross-functional discovery efforts, and ensure long-term strategic coherence across teams.
• Ensure Execution & Delivery : Oversee execution of complex initiatives, manage risk, and ensure timely delivery. Anticipate roadblocks, optimize team resources, and establish best practices for execution and delivery across product areas.
• Apply Technical Expertise : Serve as a subject matter expert across product and adjacent technologies. Use data analysis for insights, inform technical trade-offs, and contribute to architectural decisions and innovation opportunities.
• Coach & Develop Talent : Provide tailored coaching and actionable feedback. Support others in identifying growth areas, tracking development progress, and leveraging strengths for improvement.

This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $170-210,000 and stock options. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience, competencies, and internal equity.
