You must be organized, ready to learn new skills, and ready to enhance existing ones. A valid driver’s licence and a reliable car are required. Ultimate professionalism and courtesy toward clients are essential. The ideal candidate will bring all necessary equipment (DSLR, 360 camera, drone).
What’s In It For You?
Complete events faster than the allotted time and be paid as if you were there for the full duration of the shoot. You’ll earn income bi‑weekly on a contractor basis while creating your own schedule. You’ll collaborate with our creative team on self‑inspired product videos, contribute your ideas, and build knowledge about real estate sales.
Photographer’s Responsibilities
Maintain a professional and respectable standard at all times.
Prepare equipment prior to each appointment.
Drive to multiple appointments throughout the Bay Area.
Upload photos to Google Drive or Dropbox for post‑production (no editing required).
Understand each product fully to problem‑solve and upsell.
Equipment Recommended
DSLR camera with 5 or more AEB bracketings, 18+ megapixel.
Lenses : 14–17 mm, 35–50 mm or equivalent.
Sturdy tripod for DSLR and Matterport / 360 camera.
Drone (DJI Mavic Air or equivalent).
Ricoh Theta SC2, Z1, V or other Matterport‑compatible camera.
Computer or laptop with high‑speed internet (upload speed 15 Mbps minimum).
Skill Requirements
Creative individual with critical‑thinking skills.
FAA Part 107 license.
Organized.
Ability to handle multiple shoots per day.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Multilingual ability is a plus.
