TIG and MIG Welder – 1st Shift

Pay : $24 / hr and up, based on experience and weld test

Shift : Monday–Friday, 5 : 00am–1 : 30pm (5 : 00am–3 : 00pm during busy season)

Overtime : Occasional Saturdays

Job Overview

We’re looking for a skilled TIG welder with MIG experience to join our team. This role involves precision welding on thinner gauge materials used in industrial fan fabrication. Work is primarily tabletop; no pipe, no overhead, and no stick welding.

What You’ll Do

Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welds on light-gauge materials

Fabricate and assemble industrial fan components

Read and follow basic blueprints or shop drawings

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of TIG and MIG welding experience (TIG preferred)

Ability to pass a weld test

Attention to detail and pride in producing clean, professional welds

High school diploma or GED preferred
