About The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing support and assistance to customers. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and resolving issues. Support the administrative functions of the customer service process to allow the representatives to communicate with accounts quickly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and / or email.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Prepare / process orders, returns and cancellations.
• Clerical support for Customer Services Representatives.
• Collaborate with team members as needed.

The pay range for this role is $25.00-$27.00 / hr USD.
