Your Day-to-Day

Process and support weekly payroll , maintain timekeeping systems, and ensure accurate associate data

Assist with benefits administration , enrollment, and associate inquiries

Manage workers’ compensation and liability claims , coordinating with HR, insurance carriers, and associates

Support HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and HRIS system maintenance (UKG experience a plus)

What You’ll Bring

Experience with HRIS / ATS systems and Microsoft Office

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Bilingual (English / Spanish)

High school diploma required; bachelor’s in HR or related field preferred
