Engage in local community outreach to generate sales from realtors, co-brokers, referrals, and self-prospecting. Develop expertise in the competitive marketplace, including product knowledge, site specifics, local demographics, sales strategies, and advertising. Utilize company-designated tracking tools to monitor and record daily customer traffic. Participate in required homeowner orientations and assist customers with builder option purchases as needed. High school diploma / GED required (college preferred) Licensed Realtor in the state of California 2+ years of recent experience in new home sales or commission-based real estate Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage with a safe driving record Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel for documentation and contract calculations Strong verbal and written communication skills

New Home Consultant Summary
As a New Home Consultant, your primary focus is to facilitate and coordinate the new home purchase process, ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. You will sell, process, and close homes in alignment with company business plans, adhering to our customer-centric selling philosophy. This includes guiding customers through Welcome Home Centers, viewing undecorated models (at various construction stages), and exploring available homesites.
