We provide AI-enhanced support to help businesses set up payroll, stay compliant, manage onboarding, and handle employee documentation. Our team combines smart technology with human judgment to give business owners peace of mind.

We're looking for a Recruiter to build our talent function from the ground up, own searches across multiple geographies, and help us attract and close the people who will shape DianaHR's future.

What You'll Do

As our Recruiter, you'll :

Own full-cycle recruiting

• Manage 35 active searches at a time across GTM, Operations, Customer Success, and light-technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, set interview rubrics, and keep feedback loops under 48 hours.
