Executive Assistant
We're looking for a high-performing, resourceful Executive Assistant to partner with two members of our executive team and ensure our San Francisco office runs like clockwork. This is a role for a strategic thinker, master organizer, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth AI startup.
What You'll Do
- Be the strategic right-hand to two senior executivesanticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and enabling them to focus on the highest-impact work.
- Own complex calendar and priority managementbalancing internal meetings, external engagements, and heads-down work time with flawless scheduling judgment.
- Manage communications and inboxesdraft, edit, and send high-quality correspondence on behalf of your executives, ensuring the right messages land at the right time.
- Project manage key initiativesdrive progress on critical cross-functional projects, tracking deliverables and holding stakeholders accountable.
- Run the San Francisco officeoversee daily operations, vendor relationships, supply management, and office culture to ensure a smooth and inspiring workspace.
- Travel coordinationplan end-to-end travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for domestic and international trips.
- Confidentiality and discretionhandle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Adapt on the flythrive in ambiguity, pivot quickly as priorities shift, and take ownership beyond your job description to get things done.
- Be a culture carriersupport company-wide programs, events, and initiatives that keep our team connected and motivated.
What We're Looking For
Experience supporting C-level or senior executives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks with precision and calm under pressure.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.Tech-savvy, with mastery of modern productivity and collaboration tools.A proactive mindset! Always looking for ways to improve processes and anticipate needs before they're voiced.Must be based in San Francisco and available to work onsite at the office Tuesday through Thursday each week.We are looking for talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals who are interested in tackling the problems above. We focus on impact and potential for growth more than years of experience. The salary range for this position is $100,000-$135,000 USD per year which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy.
