Sailpoint Developer

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and configure solutions within the SailPoint IdentityNow / IdentityIQ platform.

Build and customize connectors, workflows, rules, roles, and policies to integrate SailPoint with systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, Workday, and ServiceNow .

Perform Java and BeanShell scripting for rule development and advanced logic.

Implement user provisioning, de-provisioning , and access certification processes.

Support access review campaigns, role mining, compliance reporting, and SoD analysis.

Conduct requirement gathering with business teams and translate them into technical designs.

Troubleshoot system issues and ensure performance tuning and scalability of the IAM platform.

Ensure platform compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and governance standards .

Maintain proper documentation of solutions, customizations, and configurations.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, JSON, REST / SOAP APIs .

Strong understanding of IAM concepts : Identity Lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, SOD, Access Reviews.

Experience integrating with directory services ( Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD ).

Working knowledge of certifications, workflows, roles, entitlements , and access policies in SailPoint.

Familiarity with DevOps tools , CI / CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
