We're seeking an experienced, licensed Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our friendly, hardworking team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll handle client relationships, policy service, and administrative tasks while representing our agency with professionalism and heart.

A Life & Health license is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Manage policy renewals, billing inquiries, claims support, and policy changes.

Onboard new clients and handle off-boarding of former clients with professionalism and care.

Support agency agents and leadership with administrative and operational tasks.

Cross-sell and educate clients on coverage options to ensure complete protection.

Maintain accurate client records and timely follow-up on outstanding service items.

Participate in team meetings, agency events, and community outreach initiatives.

Contribute to the agency's growth and reputation through positive client interactions and referrals.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty license in Virginia

Minimum 1 year of insurance or related customer service experience

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude and attention to detail

Must work in-office at our Norfolk, VA location
