Job Description

• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the Accounting & Finance department.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts and journal entries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Provide support during audits and assist with audit documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Staff Accountant should have :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience working with inventory and cost accounting
• Exposure to forecasting and budgeting
