ABOUT THE ROLE

The Human Resources Generalist reports to the Director of Human Resources and has zero direct reports.

KEY BEHAVIORS

ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES :

Refresh job requisitions company-wide monthly.

Respond to any employment verifications and unemployment claims in a timely manner.

Track and maintain referral, retention, and training bonuses.

REQUIREMENTS :

Please note that this is not a remote position. honeygrow’s Restaurant Support Center (HQ) is located in Philadelphia, PA.

Salary range : $58,000 - $68,000 annually
