A company is looking for a YourPace Enrollment and Academic Success Coach.

Key Responsibilities

Guide students from enrollment through graduation, providing academic coaching and personalized support

Monitor academic progress and assist with course enrollment while helping students navigate university systems

Build relationships with faculty and staff to promote student engagement and remove barriers to success

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and / or three to five years of experience in a professional setting

Background in customer service, sales, client relations, or education (admissions, tutoring, advising, or counseling)

Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Proficiency with computers and related software applications

Stable, high-speed internet connection for remote work (minimum 25 Mbps; hotspots not acceptable)
