About the Role

As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager, you’ll help lead and support nonprofit outreach campaigns nationwide. You’ll coach team members, manage event operations, and ensure each campaign delivers strong, measurable results for the causes we represent. This is a hands-on leadership role designed to help you quickly build real management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations for nonprofit outreach and fundraising campaigns

Coach, motivate, and support team members to reach campaign goals

Represent nonprofit clients at community events, retail activations, and live promotions

Manage event logistics including scheduling, setup, and on-site coordination

Track team and campaign performance, offering feedback and guidance

Participate in leadership training, workshops, and strategic planning

Maintain accurate records to support long-term campaign growth

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required (college degree a plus)

Experience in retail, sales, customer service, or event marketing is helpful but not required

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to lead by example

Passion for nonprofits, advocacy, and social impact

Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
