Japanese real estate is seeking a bilingual Real Estate Agent / Asset Manager to join our team in Dallas. This full-time role involves managing residential properties and supporting asset management operations, with a strong emphasis on client service and cross-cultural communication. Candidates with prior experience in real estate—either in Japan or the U.S.—will be highly valued.
Location : Plano, TX
Work Hours : 9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm Onsite / May require
Qualifications
- MUST have fluent Japanese skills and a deep understanding of Japanese business culture and values
- Practical experience in the real estate industry (Japan or U.S.)
- Holder of a valid U.S. Realtor® license

- Based in Dallas, TX

- Bilingual in Japanese and English
- Valid driver’s license (vehicle use required for property visits and client meetings)
- Flexible availability to accommodate client schedules and property showings
- Experience in apartment and property asset management (AM) and property management (PM)
- Candidates with relevant experience will be prioritized as immediate contributors
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property showings, respond to client inquiries, and provide bilingual support throughout the leasing or purchase processManage and maintain residential property portfolios, including tenant relations, lease agreements, and rent collectionSupport asset management operations such as budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis of real estate assetsCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and property owners to ensure timely maintenance and repairsAssist with market research, property evaluations, and investment analysisPrepare and translate documents, reports, and communications between Japanese and English as neededHandle phone and email correspondence in both Japanese and EnglishEnsure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policiesProvide flexible support for client meetings, property visits, and ad hoc tasks as required
