Shift Supervisor Role :
As a Shift Supervisor, you will take ownership of your shifts, work both independently and collaboratively, and focus on delivering excellent customer service. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive workplace and a satisfying dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver outstanding customer service by executing the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine.
- Ensure all Team Members fulfill their Shift Excellence tasks effectively.
- Keep a neat, clean appearance and ensure all employees adhere to the company uniform policy.
- Prioritize customer needs and demonstrate a commitment to quality and safety in all food preparations.
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly to maintain positive relations.
- Assist and collaborate with team members, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic work environment.
Attendance :
Punctually report to work as scheduled, fully prepared and in uniform.Utilize the approved timekeeping system accurately.Initiative :
Take proactive measures and maintain a high level of activity throughout your shift.Team Development :
Offer feedback to the RGM regarding Team Members’ performance.Provide constructive and encouraging feedback during training sessions.Work through conflicts in a constructive manner, partnering with the RGM for resolution.Ownership Mindset :
Help with profit and loss management by adhering to cash control and inventory procedures.Oversee product preparation and ensure safety standards are upheld at all times.Assist with facility maintenance and compliance with health and safety standards.Complete other tasks as directed by the RGM.Job Requirements :
Preferably an internal promotion from Hourly Champion position.Must be at least 18 years old.Pass a background check and drug test.Reliable transportation is required.Able to perform basic business math, stock shelves, and manage team members.Physically capable of cleaning and maintaining the restaurant environment.Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.This position typically requires an average of 30+ hours per week, depending on business needs.
