Pay & Benefits

Pay Range : $19.00–$23.00+ per hour

Guaranteed training pay during the first 3 months

Base hourly wage + Higher pay on weekend shifts + Uncapped sales incentives

What You'll Do

Assist retail and commercial customers at the counter with product selection and service coordination

Recommend battery and lighting solutions tailored to customer needs

Create sales quotes and help drive store revenue goals

Coordinate in-store services such as battery installation, key fob programming, and phone / tablet repair

Maintain inventory organization and store cleanliness

Partner with our repair techs and managers to ensure a smooth customer experience

Participate in training and skill development to grow within the company

Qualifications

18+ years of age with a valid driver's license

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer and math skills

Tech-curious and eager to learn

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet

Available to work a consistent 5-shift, 40-hour schedule including weekend shifts

Preferred Experience

While we provide paid training, you'll stand out if you have :

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality roles

Sales or service experience in automotive, electronics, or tech-related fields

Leadership experience or supervisory growth in past roles

A strong desire to grow into roles such as Sales Lead , Store Manager , or Commercial Sales
