Job Description :

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Punch Press Operator / Bender Tender to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st shift. A $1.00 / hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties :

• Operate, Edit, and Program CNC Tube bending equipment including the associated automation
• Conduct changeovers on benders
• Use of bend check fixtures to ensure quality
• Monitor Quality
• Produce a quality product on the Punch Presses and other support equipment
• Preform changeovers and startups on Punch press equipment
• Read and understand shop orders
• Provide a high-quality product in a timely manner to the internal customer
• Operate Cranes, Presses, Drill Presses, Hydraulic Banks, Saws, Forklift, Shears, Hand drills, Band Saw, and any other fabrication equipment as needed
• Operate all other fabrication equipment in the cell (Robotic welders, drill presses, saws, hydraulic banks)
