Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all phases of complex commercial real estate transactions, including financing, conveyancing, leasing, and zoning matters.
• Manage the full transaction lifecycle from initial diligence through closing and post-closing documentation.
• Obtain, review, and summarize due diligence materials, focusing heavily on title and survey commitments .
• Work with title companies and surveyors to assist in resolving exceptions and clearance issues.
• Prepare and manage comprehensive closing checklists and coordinate the execution of closing documents.
• Draft and revise various legal documents under attorney supervision, including deeds, closing statements, and corporate documentation.
• Utilize PDF editing software proficiently for preparing and finalizing legal instruments.
• Assist with the review and summarization of commercial lease agreements.
• Organize and maintain both electronic and physical transaction files for active and closed deals.
• Serve as a primary liaison, maintaining strong communication with clients, attorneys, municipalities, and vendors.
• Manage time effectively and maintain a highly organized caseload in a deadline-driven environment.
