This direct-hire opportunity reports directly to the Controller and works alongside other accounting professionals and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review complex financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Participate in process improvement initiatives across departments
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of general ledger transactions
• Respond to internal and external audit requests, supporting compliance activities
• Assist with implementation of new financial technology or software solutions
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to optimize workflows
