A company is looking for a Service Advisor.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding field maintenance service requests, inquiries, and updates
Schedule and coordinate field service appointments, dispatching technicians based on availability, skills, and location
Create, review, and process work orders, ensuring accurate documentation of customer concerns, services performed, and parts required
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical background preferred
2-4 years of experience in a service coordination, maintenance, or advisory role
Proficient in service management systems, scheduling platforms, and MS Office Suite
Technical aptitude and understanding of mechanical / equipment maintenance is a plus
Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
