Why This Role Matters :
This position provides a broad range of high-level administrative assistance to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Group1001, and their leadership team. The successful candidate will manage complex administrative and office management responsibilities, including preparing reports, maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, submitting expenses, document management, and other related duties as assigned. This role requires superior organizational skills, the ability to handle all levels of management, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate will work independently, manage conflicting demands, and consistently demonstrate a proactive approach.
