Senior Proposal Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist to develop high-quality proposals in response to RFPs and other procurement solicitations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end proposal development for RFPs and solicitations, collaborating with various departments

Analyze RFP requirements and develop tailored proposal strategies that highlight product strengths and differentiation

Ensure adherence to proposal timelines and quality standards through effective project management and reviews

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFP writing and proposal management, preferably in the education sector

Strong understanding of K-12 educational procurement processes and priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PDF tools, and project management platforms

Preferred experience in educational publishing, curriculum solutions, or edtech
