Lago Account Executive Opportunity

We're Lago, a fast-growing recruiting company helping small businesses and growing enterprises hire top overseas talent. Our leadership team has built teams of over 200 people across the globe, and now we're scaling hard.

We're looking for an Account Executive who wants to build the system, close deals daily, and earn big. This is a customer facing sales role with great potential to earn big.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building the fully cycle sales process for Lago
  • Cold calling up to 100 businesses every day
  • Following up with 3 to 5 inbound leads per day
  • Closing 8 to 10 or more placements each month
  • Using Go High Level to manage your pipeline and automate follow-ups
  • Building simple SMS and email automation to speed up your outreach
  • Helping build and eventually lead a growing sales team
