Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and high-level initiatives within assigned departments
Prepare meeting agendas, document discussions, and follow up on action items for executive leadership
Plan events and manage special projects, including team-building activities and large company offsites
Required Qualifications
Prior experience supporting a Chief Sales Officer or Chief Revenue Officer
Proven ability to maximize efficiencies and prioritize company initiatives
Strong leadership skills focused on people-oriented support and service
Experience in negotiating contracts related to event management and strategic planning
Ability to integrate AI tools into daily tasks for improved efficiency
