Job Summary

Support the sales effort by handling take-offs from plans and drawings, including sophisticated plant plans.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for the production and accuracy of material take-offs and developing quotations in support of sales efforts.
• Facilitate the entry of bids / quotations into system.
• Research Dodge, CMD, or any other construction plans for sales opportunities.
• Develop relationships with engineers to discuss plans and specifications.
• Develop vendor relationships to assist in specifications and pricing.
• Maintain Bid Tracking system.
• Provide pricing profile adjustment recommendations.
