Work You'll Do

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Oracle platforms, with proven experience architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing AI solutions for enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture : Design end-to-end AI / ML solutions using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle AI Services, and related Oracle technologies.

Technical Leadership : Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in AI / ML model development, data engineering, and solution integration.

Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Data Management : Oversee data acquisition, cleansing, transformation, and storage strategies to support AI initiatives.

Performance & Security : Ensure AI solutions are scalable, performant, and compliant with security and privacy standards.

Innovation : Stay current with Oracle's AI product roadmap and industry trends, recommending new tools and approaches to drive innovation.

Documentation : Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and other project documentation.

The Team

Our AI & Data practice offers comprehensive solutions for designing, developing, and operating advanced Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. We help clients innovate, enhance, and manage their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can grow and scale effectively.

Qualifications Required

6+ years of experience in consulting or industry, with at least 4 years in AI / ML solution architecture

4+ years experience with AI development tools and frameworks

3+ years experience using AI concepts, Gen AI cycle, AI Agent, machine learning, and deep learning

3+ years experience with LLM architectures, training techniques, and prompting strategies

2+ years experience using generative AI to help users generate text, summaries, or other forms of content

1+ year experience in Oracle GenAI, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services for AI, such as OCI Data Science, OCI Vision, and OCI Language

1+ years experience with using OCI's Generative AI service to build a chatbot that can answer customer inquiries using a company's knowledge base

Knowledge of data management, security, and governance principles.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve

Preferred :

Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, Oracle Machine Learning Specialist)

Experience with MLOps, CI / CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

Knowledge of industry-specific AI applications (e.g., finance, healthcare, supply chain)

Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced consulting environment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 to $241,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
