Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Architecture Design : Design implement and maintain enterprise-level data architectures to support business needs with a focus on scalability data governance and high performance.
• Data Cataloging : Use Alation or similar tools for data cataloging to ensure proper data documentation accessibility and traceability across the organization.
• Data Pipeline Development : Develop and optimize data pipelines to efficiently ingest and transform data particularly in cloud environments like Snowflake.
• Data Modeling : Design and maintain both logical and physical data models ensuring data consistency and efficiency across various systems and platforms.
• SQL & Excel Expertise : Write complex optimized SQL queries for data analysis reporting and transformation. Extensive experience with Excel including macros to automate data processing and reporting.
• Data Lineage & Governance : Utilize Manta or similar tools to track document and visualize data lineage ensuring proper data flow and governance practices.
• Compliance with Standards : Apply ISO20022 and BIAN financial standards to design and integrate data systems.
• Collaboration & Mentorship : Work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Problem-Solving : Address complex data-related issues ensuring high-quality data management and integrity across all systems.
