Salary : $65,000–$75,000 (based on experience)

As we grow, we’re hiring a full-time Staff Accountant to take full ownership of our financial operations. This isn’t just a bookkeeping role — it’s a hands-on accounting position designed for someone who’s ready to bring structure, insight, and strategy to a high-growth company.

What You’ll Be Responsible For :

• Managing all day-to-day accounting in QuickBooks Online
• Overseeing accounts payable & receivable , vendor payments, and client invoicing
• Completing weekly reconciliations for bank, credit card, and loan accounts
• Producing monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Maintaining accurate job costing , contractor payments, and project-level profitability
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and leadership reporting
• Supporting year-end financials, tax prep, and CPA coordination
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and internal controls
