Shift Days 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm Monday-Friday; and occasional evenings and weekends Job Summary The Assistant Director of Academic Advising provides individualized guidance to students on course selection, registration, and the interpretation of university and college policies and degree requirements. This role helps students identify their skills, interests, and career goals while addressing academic or personal concerns that may affect their success. Working closely with local leadership, the Assistant Director coordinates student services such as orientation programs, pre-professional advising, and the daily operations of the Advising Center. The position also oversees academic advisor staff, including hiring, training, supervision, and performance evaluation.
