What You’ll Do As an Assistant Manager in Training , you’ll learn the ins and outs of event marketing, brand strategy, and team leadership while making a real difference in the community.

Key responsibilities include :

• Supporting daily marketing and event operations for community outreach campaigns Learning to manage and motivate small teams during events and fundraising activities Collaborating with senior managers to develop and implement campaign strategies Engaging with the public to share the mission of local nonprofits and social justice organizations Tracking campaign performance and assisting with reporting and improvement strategies Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking candidates who are : 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
